In order to obtain a foreclosed property you must come to the Foreclosure Office, 140 W Flagler St., Suite 1502; from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to view court files of the different properties offered for sale. Once you have found a property that you are interested in, it is very important that a title search be obtained on the property since the Clerk's Office does not guarantee a clear title and is not responsible for any encumbrances on the property after the property is purchased at auction. Foreclosure Sales are held at 140 W Flagler St., Suite 908 at 11:00 A.M. When reviewing the files the sale date will be specified.

At the time of the auction if you become the successful bidder you must immediately deposit in cash or cashiers check  5% of your bid. By 3:00 p.m. that afternoon the balance of your bid, plus costs must be paid in cash or by cashiers check.
