District Courts

For the convenience of the citizens of Miami-Dade County, the Clerk's Office has five (5) full-service District Court locations, two (2) limited-service offices and the Central Marriage License Bureau in Downtown Miami.

The full-service District Court locations provide accessibility to the courts in the Marriage License, Civil, Traffic, County Criminal, Parking and Uncontested Divorce areas. Some also offer Domestic Violence case filing and court hearings.
