Online Foreclosure Sales
We are proud to announce the roll-out of MiamiDade.Realforeclose.com. Our new web-based service will move the sale of Miami-Dade County foreclosed property out of the courthouse and onto the Internet. The site will “go-live” at www.MiamiDade.Realforeclose.com on December 7, 2009 with the first on-line auction to take place on January 11, 2010.

This will allow time for users to become familiar with the on-line auction process, register, place deposits and research properties.

To introduce this exciting new service to the community, the Clerk, in cooperation with RealAuction.com, will be offering training classes for interested parties. Use the Quick Links below for more information on:

Administrative Order Amending Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A new Final Judgment of Foreclosure was published on Nove:mber 13, 2009, under Judicial AO 09-09 A1 for the setting of On-line sales. Please note that all Final Judgments of Foreclosure must now cite the new online location for the foreclosure sale to be set.

Fee Update
Senate Bill 1718 increased the filing fees for probate, circuit civil, and cases involving real property, effective 07/01/2009. Click on Fee Schedule to view these new fees. For more information on this bill, visit www.flsenate.gov.

Lobbyist Registration

On or after October 1, 2002, any person preparing or filling a document for recording in the Official Record may not include a social security number in such document unless required by law.

Any person has the right to request the Clerk/County Recorder to redact/remove his or her social security number, bank account number, credit/charge/debit card number from an image or copy of an Official Record that has been placed on such Clerk's/County Recorder's publicly available Internet website.
