9. How do I request a Printout?
Print-outs are received from the Central Depository and can be requested either in person or by mail: Central Depository 601 NW 1st Court, 16th Fl. Miami, Fl. 33136. The cost is $1.00 per page and $2.00 for certification.

10. How do I make a payment?
You may appear in person at our cashier window Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, or by mailing a written request along with a money order or cashier’s check to Central Depository 601 NW 1st Court 16th Floor Miami, Fl. 33136 or electronically at www.myfloridacounty.com for private Non-Department of Revenue cases with an Income Withholding Order, Employer related and Department of Revenue cases.  A processing fee will be charged for paying online.

11. How do I obtain a clearance/housing/immigration letter?
You may appear in person at our cashier window Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, by mailing a money order or cashier’s check payable to Central Depository 601 NW 1st Court 16th Floor Miami, Fl. 33136. The cost is $7.00 for a clearance/housing/ immigration letter.

The Family Court Self-Help Program 175 NW 1st Avenue, Rm 2441 Miami, Fl. 33128 or call 305-349-7800.

15. What can I do to request a suspension of driver’s license for non-payment of child support?
For Department of Revenue cases, contact the State Attorney’s Office customer service at 305-530-2600.

For Non-Department of Revenue cases, contact Central Depository. Send a written request with a copy of your valid Driver’s License or State issued identification to Central Depository 601 NW 1st Court, 16th Floor Miami, Fl. 33136.

16. How can I request a notice of delinquency?

17. What is the cost of a payoff statement for my child support case?
The payoff statement fee is $25.  Refer to our fee schedule at the link below.

18. Can I make a payment or obtain a printout for another County Case in Dade?
No. All payments must be made pursuant to payment instructions provided in your specific court order. Also, printouts must be obtained from the County Depository where your case was filed.
