What is the ePortal?

 

 

The ePortal is a web site that provides eFiling capability to users with a single statewide login. Users may utilize the ePortal web interface to submit documents to Clerks. The ePortal also supports automated interfaces with other submitter systems. The ePortal supports transmissions to/from the local case/recording systems using national XML standards. The ePortal also provides electronic notifications and service on behalf of filers.

  5. How do I register for a law firm administrator account?
   

FCCC policy requires all law firm administrators to be members of the Florida Bar. 

Please fill out the Clerk of Courts ePortal Law Firm Administrator Request and send it to our office.  Please allow up to 2 working days for the processing of your request upon receipt.  In the event you are requesting an exemption for your firm, additional processing time may be required.  You will be notified via email once your request has been processed.

A desktop with Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher (Note: Netscape web browsers are not supported).

  • A desktop with Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher (Note: Netscape web browsers are not supported)
  • Adobe PDF Writer, Adobe PDF Printer or Microsoft Word
  • A scanner to submit non-electronic document
  • Microsoft Silverlight

8.

What document types does the ePortal support?

   

The ePortal will accept filings in Word or PDF formats. All documents will be converted to PDF formats by the ePortal. By default, the ePortal will provide the PDF format to the local record system. Each county will also have the option to receive the original Word document if available. The ePortal can also provide the conversion to TIFF upon request if the local Data Management System (DMS) cannot.

Documents types accepted by Court Division can be found via the ePortal's Filer dropdown box.
