1. My user account is locked. What do I do?

You can request support in the portal via:

    1. Submitting an electronic request in the ePortal

  • Click on “Request e-Filing Support” link located at the bottom of any portal page
  • Complete the “1. Tell us about yourself…”  and “2. How can we help you?” sections of the page
  • Click the “Submit”
