1.     Where do I register for Premier Services?

Visit our premier services registration page to subscribe to Premier Services.

2. What are the benefits I will receive if I sign up for the Premier Services?

By subscribing to the Clerk's Premier Services, you will be able to access advanced options in the Clerk's internet-based systems: Civil/Probate, Family Case Search, Official Records, and Traffic Online Services. For example, if you register a Premier Service account, you will be entitled to the following additional services in the Traffic system: viewing case history and other advanced search options. In the Civil/Probate, Family Case Search and Official Records,  you will be able to search additional elements captured in our database. Some of these elements include judicial section and by attorney bar code in Civil/Probate, Family Case Search, and legal descriptions and multiple parties in Official Records. In addition, digitized images of recorded orders (those with a book and page) are now available in our Civil/Probate, Family Case Search online services. As an added benefit for legal firms, Premier Services enable one to establish a corporate account and manage separate user access accounts for multiple attorneys or paralegals.

3. What are the costs associated with the premier services?

You may purchase units in the quantities listed below for the prices indicated:

You prepay for Premier Services by purchasing the number of units you expect to consume in a month. As you use Premier Services, units are automatically deducted from your account. You have access to special pages that allow you to track how you spent your units and purchase additional units.


4. How do I obtain a User ID and Password to access Premier Services?

In order to obtain a User ID and Password, you must register for the Clerk's Premier Services. You will need to click on "Registration" from the Home Page and register for either Basic or Premier Services. Once you finish entering all of the required information you will then be prompted to enter your personal user name and password. Be sure to make the user name and password something that will be easy for you to remember but difficult for others to figure out.

5. How many units are deducted for each Premier Service performed on the Clerk's site?

One (1) unit will be deducted for each of the following Premier Services completed on the Clerk's Premier Services web sites.

  • Viewing Hearing Schedules (Traffic)
  • Performing Advanced Searches in Traffic, Civil/Probate, Family or Official Records Premier Services pages (Examples include searches by attorney number, citation issue date range, bondsman number, bond number, and vehicle tag number search, judge section, case type, legal description)

Other services or products may be added in the future with different unit costs. These products and services will be describe in this FAQ. It is your responsibility to read this FAQ and verify that unit costs of particular services made available on the Clerk's Premier Services site. Please be aware that your unused units will be rolled over to the new billing period when you renew your subscription by your registration renewal date. If you fail to renew, your units will expire. By registering for Premier Services you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

Please be advised that on November 16, 2012 the Florida Courts ePortal will deploy a new release.  The ePortal will be unavailable after 5 PM on November 16, 2012 until 6 PM on November 18th.


Miami-Dade County Office of Sustainability (OOS), along with Clerk of Courts Harvey Ruvin, acknowledged the efforts of the Clerks and the Courts to reduce energy consumption at the Richard E. Gerstein (REG) Courthouse during the six-week "Power It Down" Challenge at an event held in REG on November 2, 2012. Funded by the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG), "Power It Down" was a behavioral campaign for employees at the Stephen P. Clark Government Center (SPCC) and Richard E. Gerstein (REG) Courthouse.
