Criminal e-Filing Mandate: Phased Rollout Update
As you know the 11th Judicial Circuit began accepting Felony e-filings on February 3, 2014. In continuation of the Criminal e-filing mandate and the phased rollout approach granted to Miami-Dade County, Juvenile Delinquency e-filings will begin to be accepted starting March 26, 2014.
In accordance with our phased roll-out approach, once our Juvenile Division’s eFiling transition is stable and all issues have been resolved, the 11th Judicial Circuit will continue with our approved plan targeting pending roll-outs for misdemeanor and domestic violence and, finally, Traffic. We remain on target to complete all phases in 8 to 10 months. We will continue to provide updates as promised.
In using the Florida Courts eFiling Internet Portal, registered users will be able to submit Circuit Criminal documents in accordance with the Florida Supreme Court mandates SC11-399 and Administrative Order AO SC14-1.
