Criminal e-Filing Mandate: Phased Rollout Update
As you know the 11th Judicial Circuit began accepting Felony e-filings on February 3, 2014, and Juvenile Delinquency filings on March 26, 2014. In continuation of the Criminal e-filing mandate and the phased rollout approach granted to Miami-Dade County, Misdemeanor and Domestic Violence e-filings will begin to be accepted starting June 2, 2014.
In accordance with our phased roll-out approach, once our Misdemeanor and Domestic Violence Division’s eFiling transition is stable and all issues have been resolved, the 11th Judicial Circuit will continue with our approved plan targeting the pending roll-out for traffic. We remain faithfully on target to complete all phases in 8 to 10 months as committed.
