Effective Monday, February 6, 2012, the Foreclosure and Tax Deed Units currently located at 140 West Flagler Street, Room 1502, will be relocated to: Stephen P. Clark Center, 111 N.W. 1st Street, 12th Floor, Miami, Florida 33128.
Please note that payments and deposits for foreclosure sales, and payments for tax deed sales are to be delivered to the new location.
Regular Business Hours will continue to be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Effective January 1, 2012, social security, bank account, debit, charge and credit card numbers must be redacted from all court records pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 119.0714(2). The redaction requirement will cause additional processing time for requests to view or purchase copies of court records; read more.

The Clerk of Circuit & County Courts Central Depository Child Support/Alimony Office currently located at 370 SE 1st Street, Room 200, will be open on Friday, December 9th, from: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
