Miami Dade Clerk of Courts announces that effective August 1, 2018, On-line Foreclosure Sales will be conducted Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Please visit www.miamidade.realforeclose.com for additional information.

Clerk of Courts Harvey Ruvin Honored as the 2016 Elected Official of the Year by the South Florida Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).

Miami Dade Clerk of Courts, Harvey Ruvin was honored as the 2016 Elected Official of the Year by the South Florida Chapter of the American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).  The award was presented to Clerk Harvey Ruvin by Terry Murphy (President of the South Florida ASPA chapter) and ASPA Board member Dr. Agatha Caraballo.

2016 National Association of Counties (NACo)

The Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts is honored to be the recipient of two 2016 National Association of Counties (NACo) awards for the following Information Technology organizational initiatives: (1) Online Case Search –Public Access to Court Document Images and (2) Civil Court - Paperless Operations with Odyssey Implementation.

Administrative Orders   

Please be advised, the Miami Dade Clerk of Courts is in the process of updating  the Attorney contact information in the Odyssey Case Management System for cases in the Civil and Family Divisions.  The Attorney information (address, phone number and email) will be updated with the contact information on file with the Florida Bar Association. 

If you opt to use an address different from the one listed with the Florida Bar Association profile, you must file an “Attorney of Record Change of Address form” with the Miami Dade Clerk of Courts.  It is only necessary to submit one “Change of Address Request” per bar number.

Tyler Public Sector Excellence Award Winner

Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts was awarded the Tyler Public Sector Excellence Award for achieving paperless operation across eight remote court locations with the Odyssey Case Manager Circuit and County Civil Implementation.
