Payment Plans
You may request to be placed on a payment plan by visiting the Clerk’s Criminal Justice Online System. Once you elect to pay and if your case is not in collection agency status, you will have the option to sign up for a payment plan.
The payment plan fee is $25 per case and you can select a monthly amount at a minimum of $25 per month on payment plans initiated on the Clerk’s website.
If the minimum amount of the payment plan is less than $25 a month, you will be required to contact the Criminal Division to request a payment plan.

Past due payments will be sent to a collection agency and incur a 40 percent collection fee. Failure to pay your court costs can also result in your driver license being suspended. See Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for additional information.
